Information Services is a service directed to the end user of the products. CTI can efficiently take part in the roll out of new products, or make certain that products are used correctly and that the end users understand and able to use the full potential of our customers products.

Furthermore Information Services can lead to customization or adaptation of the product information into various distribution channels of information.

We believe it is important to develop and deliver product information so that it becomes valuable to the end user when it is needed. Hence our vision of CPI is to design and deliver it to the end user in different information types and ways to optimize the process of product understanding.
