CTI is the research and innovation arm of the
Asia Pacific University College of Technology and Innovation (UCTI) and
Asia Pacific Institute of
Information Technology (APIIT), Malaysia's premier ICT education institutions. CTI plays a vital role in helping UCTI and APIIT set their own research
agendas by highlighting real world issues and concerns. Further, CTI provides UCTI and APIIT with the technology required for operating at high levels
of efficiency and deliver courses effectively. CTI also provides practical training to UCTI and APIIT students through the provision of internships to
prepare them for the job market. In turn, UCTI and APIIT provide academic input for CTI projects and a continuous stream of talented graduates who are
subsequently employed in CTI.
In order to ensure market access for its products worldwide, CTI has established business alliances with leading software distributors globally.
Guardware Ltd manages the worldwide distribution rights for CTI's anti-pornography and education management technologies. Guardware has offices in the
US, UK and Australia as well as a network of distributors in various parts of the globe such as Brazil, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, India, Pakistan, New
Zealand, Ireland, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia. To market CARPET, CTI has formed partnerships with system integrators in Thailand, Singapore,
Philippines, Indonesia, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain.
