Software Engineer / Developer


  • Participation in user requirement studies
  • Working with CTI Personnel to improve the software itself as well as productizing the knowledge
  • Writing technical specifications
  • Developing software with CMMI guided processes
  • Building new features and modules
  • Developing test scripts
  • Ensuring quality of work through QA and code review process


  • At least a Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
  • High degree of analytical and programming skills and ability to code using any of the following languages
    • Visual C++
    • C++
    • Visual Basic
    • Java
    • PHP
  • Sound judgment in software technology (.Net, XML) and databases (ODBC, SQL Server, My SQL) is an added advantage
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Able to work under pressure
  • A self-starter with proven initiative to learn new technologies
  • Fresh graduates with good technical skills are encouraged to apply
